3. Product Information and 3D Printing Characteristics

All 3D-printed products are manufactured using additive manufacturing technology.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, finished products may contain:

• Minor dimensional variations
• Seams or marks from the printing process
• Small differences between individual prints

These characteristics are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.

Unless otherwise stated, products are sold as finished physical 3D prints, not digital design files.

4. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States dollars (USD).

Jason Bradley Printing reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error requires correction.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

We reserve the right to cancel an order containing an obvious pricing or listing error and issue a refund of any payment received.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

7. Customer-Provided Files and Intellectual Property

Customers submitting digital models, drawings, photographs, logos, or other design materials represent that they own the materials or have the necessary rights and permissions to authorize their use.

By submitting materials, customers grant Jason Bradley Printing a limited, nonexclusive permission to use those materials as necessary to evaluate, prepare, manufacture, and fulfill the requested order.

Customers retain their existing ownership rights in their submitted materials.

Jason Bradley Printing does not acquire ownership of customer-provided designs solely because they were submitted for printing.

We reserve the right to refuse projects that may violate intellectual property rights, licensing agreements, or applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for designs they submit.

8. Licensed Products and Designer Attribution

Jason Bradley Printing offers certain products under commercial printing licenses or other agreements with independent designers and intellectual property owners.

Licensed products may include designs from:

• Fat Dragon Games
• Cubee
• Space Monkey 3D Designs
• Other designers and licensors identified in individual product listings

All trademarks, copyrighted designs, product names, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchasing a physical printed product does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design or intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized, customers may not reproduce, scan for duplication, manufacture for resale, or commercially distribute protected designs based on the purchased products.

Jason Bradley Printing produces and sells licensed physical prints only within the permissions granted by the applicable licensing arrangements.

Designer attribution may appear on product pages, packaging, or accompanying documentation as required by the applicable license.

9. Production and Processing Times

Many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, and some items may be printed after an order is placed.

Production times vary based on:

• Product size and complexity
• Current order volume
• Material availability
• Printer availability
• Customization requirements
• Post-processing and assembly

Any production estimates provided are approximate unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

Unexpected equipment issues, material shortages, or manufacturing complications may cause delays.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Jason Bradley Printing may offer shipping and local delivery options depending on the product and destination.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Standard Products

Returns of non-customized products may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because custom and personalized products are manufactured to individual customer specifications, they generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind after production has begun.

Normal Printing Characteristics

Normal manufacturing characteristics, including visible layer lines, minor texture variations, and reasonable color differences, are not automatically considered defects.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting Jason Bradley Printing.

Orders that have not entered production may generally be canceled.

Once printing, customization, or other production work has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may result in charges for work already performed, to the extent permitted by law.

If an order is canceled and a refund is due, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

14. Product Safety and Intended Use

Customers are responsible for using purchased products appropriately.

Certain 3D-printed products may contain small parts, moving components, or delicate features.

Unless specifically identified as suitable for young children, products containing small parts should be kept away from children under three years of age.

3D-printed items should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flames, or conditions beyond their intended use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not certified for:

• Food contact
• Medical applications
• Safety-critical applications
• Load-bearing structural use
• Electrical safety applications
• Other regulated or hazardous uses

Decorative and collectible products are not necessarily intended to function as toys.

Customers should review product descriptions and safety information before use.

15. Product Durability and Care

3D-printed products may be damaged by excessive force, heat, prolonged direct sunlight, improper storage, or misuse.

Customers should handle delicate components carefully.

Articulated and flexible products should not be forced beyond their designed range of movement.

Jason Bradley Printing is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

16. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Jason Bradley Printing name, branding, website content, original photographs, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks and licensed designs remain the property of their respective owners.
